Cancellation Policy
Some services will require a deposit or full payment and are non refundable if appointment is cancelled within 48 hours or a no show occurs. This policy ensures that I am compensated for the time dedicated to your appointment. If you cancel prior to 48 hours, your deposit will be refunded. If you reschedule with 48 hours or more notice, it will be put towards your new appointment. I appreciate your understanding. Due to an increase in processing fees, I am implementing a 3% fee on all card transactions and offering a 5% discount when paying your remaining balance with cash or Venmo. I appreciate your understanding and continued business!
